fnCentral.com is owned and powered by Jexp Inc.  At Jexp and fnCentral, we know how important personal privacy is to you. Because of our interest in protecting your privacy, we have adopted the following privacy policies, utilized in connection with the fnCentral.com web site (the "Service").

 

  1. Your Expectation of Privacy. We recognize that you expect privacy and security in your personal and financial affairs. We understand the need to safeguard information about you that you have provided in connection with your use of the Service. If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us.  This can usually be done at the user profile page or by emailing our Customer Support at support@fncentral.com .

 

  1. Maintenance of Accurate Information.  You are primarily responsible for the accuracy of the information you input while registering and using the Service. You are also responsible for the accuracy of information provided to the Service at your request from third parties, such as your bank or another service provider. We cannot be responsible for your input errors, negligent use of the Service, or any misuse of the Service. We have procedures to respond to your reasonable requests to assist you in correcting inaccurate information.

 

  1. Limiting Employee Access to Information. We have procedures that limit employee access to your information to those employees with a business reason to know such information. We educate our employees about the importance of confidentiality and user privacy.

 

  1. Security Procedures. We maintain security standards and procedures to help prevent unauthorized access to your information. Your data on our system is secure and is not available to anyone without your valid user id and password. You are responsible for keeping your user id and password, account numbers, personal identification information and other account data confidential. We do not disclose any specific information you provided to us, or that is related to your use of the Service, unless: (1) you request or authorize it; (2) the information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by you; (3) such disclosure is otherwise lawful, or necessary to conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process.

Business Relationships with Outside Parties.  Sometimes it is necessary to share information you provided us with an outside business partner or other party, such as a vendor or service company that we hire to provide support or services for one or more of our products or services. These vendors and service companies agree to safeguard the information and must abide by applicable laws.

Tell A Friend.  If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend's name and email address.  fnCentral will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site.  fnCentral stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.  The friend may contact fnCentral at support@fncentral.com  to request the removal of this information.

 

  1. Email Links.  fnCentral provides a number of  email links to allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have.  We read every message sent in and try to reply promptly to every one. This information is used to respond directly to your questions or comments. We may also file your comments to improve the site and program, or review and discard the information.

 

  1. Cancellation.  Should you decide to discontinue use of the Service, we will remove all of your data and identifying information from our system promptly upon your request. We reserve the right to remove data related to inactive accounts, following reasonable e-mail notification to you.

 

  1. Policy Changes.  We reserve the right to change our privacy and security policies at any time, by posting the revised policies on the fnCentral.com web site. We will notify you directly via email if there is a material change in our privacy practices in the way we handle personally identifiable information. We will also post the changes in our privacy statement 30 days prior to a change.

 

  1. Legal Disclaimer. We may disclose personal information when required by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary in order to confirm to the edicts of the law or comply with a legal process served on our Web sites.
